Like an Airbnb but with cleaning service

There was nobody around . People would gate tail and there was no way to stop them. The terrace wasn’t inviting at all. Only one jacuzzi working and water wasn’t very warm. The sunbathing chairs were dirty

Great location

Great location near old town

Roof top facility could be really good but needs a little TLC. Only one jacuzzi working and sunbeds looking a little tired. More shade would be good.

Location to Old Town, waterfront, restaurants and bars. Close to local supermarket. Rooftop area (though needs attention).

Noise from bins being emptied throughout the night and early morning. Rooftop showing signs of wear and tear. Needs some love and attention. Shower control damaged/partially working.

Great location, nice hotel. Beware scam messages!

Excellent position, very close to the sea front and the busiest and most entertaining part of town for restaurants, live music etc. but not too noisy. Pleasing design features in the roof-top terrace, with hot-tubs, and in the atrium. Nice, jolly cleaning staff.

No balcony furniture. Movement sensors for corridor lights sometimes leave one in the dark. We didn’t mind the rather squalid view over the derelict back yard across the road. But something I really disliked was that the hotel’s messaging system had been hacked. I received several scam messages purportedly from the hotel, via Booking.com messaging and also by email. They looked reasonably authentic but asked for card details and payment. Having established with the hotel that they were fake and informed Booking.com I was disappointed that they continued, with different wording, almost to the time of our arrival. Beware!

Wonderful

Great little apartment, just a few minutes' walk from the port and seafront of Coralejo. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets very close. Well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable.

beds were comfy which was a god send hotel in a great position just ashame about the noise from outs

The bed was very comfy room quite spacious

Hotel just needs a bit of tlc plus the free wifi was poor plus the noise from outside bottle bins and other bins late into the night and early morning emptying

Lovely little boutique hotel. Right in the centre of things.

The location is fantastic. Really close to the port, The square, main strip and sea front. The room was very clean and well equipped. The roof top facilities are very good. Hot tub, sun loungers etc. Check in and entry to the property was very straightforward.

No drying facilities in the room. Loose floor tiles on the roof.

Here and there some smaller things that could be fixed but nothing major.

Comfortable sleep

Great central location, just a short walk to the old town and main strip of Corralejo, spotless clean apartment with a very comfortable double bed and soft bed linen, nice walk in shower .

The roof terrace facilities were a little shabby and not like the photos on the website , one hot tub working , with loose tiles , had some issues with the AC system and it didn't work for our stay .

Very Good

Clean spacious room and great location to main town.

Was a little strange as the hotel reception was permanently closed and the rooftop seemed a little unfinished. Not all the cushions were out and one out of the two hot tubs was working. There was a bar on the rooftop but it wasn’t stocked or staffed. Hotel felt a little abandoned!

A lovely week in Corralejo

The hotel is situated in the heart of the town so ideal for us with a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Corralejo is highly recommended.

We would have liked more places to hang towels etc and possibly seating on the balcony.

Superb location and clean, comfortable room.

Our third visit here and this review is similar to previous ones because it was just as good before. Yet again we never met our hosts but as always communication via WhatsApp was great - we were given a code to access the building and our room key was in a lockout box - again with a code. We had a choice to lock the key back in the box or take it with us when we went out. The rooms are numbered completely at random, reception was closed but the room was easily found. The room (our third different one) was large, airy and clean with a large comfy bed, we only made drinks so didn't check the self-catering equipment too closely. The safe was free to use unlike some places – I do like that little touch. The shower was great with a good pressure and plenty hot water most days, on our first day the hot water wasn’t working which was a one off and unusual here. The roof terrace is great, although we never use the jacuzzi we do venture up there and take in the view at various times of the day. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, cleaned the room daily - towels were changed daily if required and the sheets changed once midweek. There is free wifi although we don’t use it. The location is superb and just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo with all its lively restaurants and bars in the evening. A few reviews comment on the noise from the glass bins which are very close but we didn’t it notice this time.

Nowt not to like here.

Wonderful

Location great in old town . Rooms modern, comfortable and clean and cleaned everyday . Big powerful hairdyer in bathroom. Iron supplied. Plenty of storage . Great bathroom. Great lighting everywhere . Secure apartments. Rooftop terrace with 1 working jacuzzi and plenty of sunbeds . It has everything we needed . We really enjoyed our stay . Great value for money. 9 out of 10 for us . Booked again already

Lucky to have a very small balcony but no chairs to sit on . It didn't bother is too much though . Would still stay again . Rooftop terrace is great but could be doing with some repair work here and there but again it didn't bother us. Bins emptied so a bit of noise very early morning. We only heard it the odd morning and it only lasted a few minutes therefore again this did not bother us .. we have already booked again for next January and we loved it . Great value for money

Beautiful modern and clean apartment . Let down by shared facilities and noisy external recycling bins

Easy check in. Clean apartments and modern facilities . Room was a great standard and vfm

10 large recycling and waste repositories outside the window. People recycling bottles and rubbish causing noise all day and night Bins emptied at 4.30 am causing sleep disturbance. Sunbathing area on roof needed a deep clean. Hot tub not working and safety glass cracked in places

Gorgeous place to stay with rooftop bonus

Loved this little place so much that we've booked to come back again in a few months. Spotlessly clean, cleaned every day we were there. Large spacious studio room with absolutely everything we needed. Bed was lovely and large and very comfortable. Towels, toiletries and all kitchen equipment as well as washing up products provided. The communal areas were perfect. Rooftop views were lovely and an added bonus watching the sunset from the jacuzzi! Sunloungers were plenty and had the place to ourselves most days. So peaceful up there on the rooftop!

Nothing could not fault at all. (Apart from the jacuzzi not working one of the days we were there)
